Simone offers weekly FREE Mindfulness and Meditative Stillness classes at local schools as well as for the local recovery community at The HIVE Recovery Hub in Lafayette, IN.

The latter is open to the public. Feel free to join her and others every Thursday at 1 pm at 2300 Ferry St. in Lafayette, IN.

Otherwise, Simone teaches all of her classes and courses by invitation only.

Additionally, she offers brief, regular meditations and reflections on her social media platforms (IG and FB).
